THE BEGINNING
After following a plant-based diet for almost two years, which led to severe gut and health issues, my husband Chad turned to an animal-based diet to heal himself. Along the way, we both discovered the amazing health benefits of beef tallow. My own health journey also played a crucial role, as I found that my body required beef tallow and could not tolerate any other types of cooking oil. Unable to find tallow locally, Chad purchased some beef fat from a local butcher and began making it in our kitchen. When we shared a jar with his dad, who remarked, “Grandma used to cook with this—she never threw away the fat,” we realized that tallow was the missing ingredient in our modern diets. This realization sparked the idea for ALLFAT.
